Know about Affiliation

• The institutions/ Training centre shall meet the requirement by equipping the infrastructure prescribed by the IICT for conducting such courses at affiliated centre.
• The IICT will not control affiliated centre in anyway and the centre having total freedom for conducting any course without any restriction from IICT.
• The affiliated centres are having freedom to charge any amount of course fees as per location/ area.
• The affiliated centre is not paying or IICT is not collecting licensing fees, franchisee fees, or royalty/share on course fees.
• The affiliated centre shall get affiliation by paying the one-time non-refundable affiliation fees as low as Rs. 5000.

Procedure to get Affiliation

IICT Courses

• IICT has designed and developed around 200 courses under the above listed 3 units.
• Each course contains a program guide, that contains information of each course from syllabus to complete course materials (books) and practical assignments as per ISO standards.
• Every course is developed by the team of experts for conducting effective job skills training.
• The affiliated centre can opt IICT courses for imparting quality education at their centre.
• The affiliated centre is authorised to conduct one or more courses offered by each affiliated unit.

Exams and Certification

• The students enrolled for IICT courses are eligible to appear the Online/ Offline examinations conducted by IICT at affiliated centre or at nearby exam centre.
• The affiliated centre shall make necessary arrangements for the students for appearing the online exams conducted by IICT.
• In case the affiliated centre is not having the infrastructure to make the students to appear for online exams then the written examination shall be conducted at affiliated centre or at the place prescribed by IICT.
• The list of students enrolled for IICT courses shall be prepared as per the format and mailed to IICT.
• The record of the students enrolled for IICT courses shall duly recorded and maintained at the affiliated centre.
• IICT organizes exams on Monthly/ Quarterly/ Semester wise and Annually depending on the sector and courses.
• On passing the exam, the IICT will award certificates to the students of affiliated centre.

Cancellation of Affiliation

1. The IICT offer the courses through affiliated centres only to provide quality Computer education and to develop job skills at rural place of our country.
2. Any breach of any above guidelines or any of below reason may cause to cancel the affiliation at any time without refunding of the affiliated fees.
   1. In case affiliated centre fails to retain the quality of training.
   2. Failed to maintain genuineness of exam process.
   3. Not enrolling students for IICT courses for more than 3 months.
   4. Any falls promises about IICT or affiliation terms such as 100% Job guarantee , govt recognized etc. given to the students for the purpose of admission.
