DOMESTIC REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
The refrigerant comes after evaporation it enters the compressor through suction line. The compressor increases both the temperature and pressure of the gas and discharges it to the condenser. The gas rejects the heat at the condenser. The refrigerant goes up through the liquid line and drier filter. The drier filter removes the moisture and dust particles from the liquid refrigerant and it enter the evaporator through the capillary tube. There after evaporation it goes to the compressor.
COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
The refrigerant liquid, coming through the refrigerant control enters the evaporator and after evaporation it enters the compressor through suction line. The compressor increases both the temperature and pressure of the gas and discharges it to the condenser. The gas rejects the heat at the condenser and again becomes liquid which is collected in liquid receiver.Since there is high pressure gas above the liquid in the receiver. The refrigerant goes up through the liquid line and the drier filter. The drier filter removes the moisture and dust particles from the liquid refrigerant and it enters the evaporator through the refrigerant control.
If the condenser is cooled by water spray or fan the compressor should not be operated without proper water spray or without fan being operated. If the compressor is operated without cooling condenser the pressure of the gas will increase to a very high level.
